痰热清注射液对四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤防护作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨痰热清注射液对大鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法:选用四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测大鼠血清ALT、AST、LDH、γ-GT,HE染色观察肝组织病理变化。结果:痰热清注射液中、高剂量组均可明显降低ALT、AST、LDH水平;明显改善肝细胞组织坏死损伤。结论:痰热清注射液对四氯化碳致急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective：To investigate the hepatoprotective effect of Tanreqing Injection on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in rats.Methods：The acute liver injury model of rat was produced by oral administration of CCl4.Serum ALT,AST,LDH and γ-GT levels were measured with LX-20 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results：When rats were treated with CCl4 in the presence of Tanreqing Injection,the serum ALT,AST,LDH and γ-GT levels were decreased.On histological examination,the administration of Tanreqing Injection showed preventive effect against liver necrosis and vacuolization.Conclusion：Tanreqing Injection possessed hepatoprotective effect.
