摘　　要：地方高校的人才培养要紧密结合地方产业的需求,切实为地区经济的发展服务。大连交通大学在五年制双专业复合型软件人才培养模式的研究与实践中,结合产业国际化的特点进行教学改革,体现了人才培养国际化特色;通过校企合作,实现人才培养与企业需求同步;注重产学研结合,培养学生的实际动手能力。Local college and university talents in combination with local industry needs,and for regional economic development services.In five years double major compound software talents training mode research and practice,one is the combination of industry characteristics of the internationalization of education reform,embodies the characteristics of cultivating internationalized talents;two is through the cooperation between school and enterprise,realize the personnel training and enterprise demand the same step.The three is to pay attention to the combination of production teaching and research,training the practical ability of students.
