摘　　要：职业教育是人才培养的重要手段,与义务教育政策相比较,职业教育政策在价值方面、内容方面和过程方面存在着效度低下的现象,而监测体系的缺失是影响我国职业教育政策绩效目标的重要原因之一。为了更好地推动我国职业教育事业的发展,教育决策者应构建科学有效的职业教育政策监测体系。Vocational education is an important means of talent training,and obligation education policy compared,vocational education policy in value,content and process has validity of the low phenomenon,and the monitoring system of vocational education in our country is lack of affect policy one of the important reasons for the performance goals.In order to promote the development of the cause of China＇s vocational education,education policymakers should construct a scientific effective vocational education policy monitoring system.
