摘　　要：目的探讨定位钩碎核技术在手法小切口白内障手术中的安全性及手术效果。方法采用定位钩碎核技术对212例（214眼）在表面麻醉下进行白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术并观察其疗效。结果212例（214眼）全部成功完成定位钩碎核，术后第2天视力≥0．2者207眼，占96．7％；视力≥0．5者145眼，占67．8％；视力≥0．8者28眼，占13．1％。结论采用定位钩碎核技术进行白内障囊外摘出术，缩小了手术切口，减少了术后散光，提高了视力。Objective To discuss the results and security of small incision cataract extraction with nucleus chopping by positioning hook. Methods In the 214 eyes of 212 cases, extracapsular cataract ex- traction（ ECCE ）and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation were performed with the positioning hook chopping technique under topical anesthesia. The curative effect was observed. Results The nucleus of all cases were chopped with the positioning hook successfully. On the 2nd postoperative day, the visual acuity was 0.2 or better in 207 eyes（96.7% ） ,0.5 or better in 145 eyes（67.8% ） ,0.8 or better in 28 eyes（ 13.1% ）. Conclusion The ECCE and IOL implantation with the positioning hook technique can decrease the length of incision and minimize postoperative astigmatism to achieve a good vision recovery.
