摘　　要：产学合作教育是地方本科院校培养高素质应用型人才的有效途径。目前,地方本科院校还缺乏符合应用型本科人才培养要求的产学合作教育模式和机制。针对该问题,分析应用型本科人才培养对产学合作教育模式的要求;构建符合校、企两方实际的"三段式"产学合作人才培养模式,并建立相应的实施机制;介绍重庆理工大学"三段式"产学合作人才培养模式的实践。Industry-university cooperative education is an effective way for local colleges to train high- quality applied talents. Nowadays, it is few that local institutions carried out industry-university coop- erative education models and mechanisms which are to meet requirements of the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents. This paper discussed the requirements of the cultivation of the applied undergraduate talents, and structured the three-step type talent training mode about cooperation of industry and university, and summarized the three-step type talent cultivation mode＇ s practice and effect.
