摘　　要：在国家重点实验室,大型仪器是从事教学、科研的物质基础和保证,它不仅体现一个国家级平台的科研实力,也是衡量国家重点实验室装备条件的重要标志。生命分析化学国家重点实验室的大型仪器设备建设,依据实验室的发展方向布局,注重仪器的采购、验收、开放、共享,强化管理制度和管理人员队伍建设,有效地提高了大型仪器的利用率,为重点实验室的科研创新、人才培养、学科建设和社会服务提供了一个良好的条件平台。Large-scale instruments are the foundation and necessary material conditions to the state key laboratory, it is not only an appearance to the national platform scientific research strength, but also an important indicator to the key laboratory conditions measurement. Large-scale instruments construction layout of state key laboratory for life scienc was made according to the development direction of the key laboratory. Procurement, acceptance, opening, sharing, the construction of management system and the building of the largescale instruments management team were intensified to effectively improve the utilization ratio of large-scale instruments and provide a good platform for research innovation, talents training, subject construction and public service for the key laboratory.
