摘　　要：抗战以前,特别是1928—1937年,由于电动机的推广和电力的发展,武汉现代工业有了长足进步,但就工业整体素质而言,并未产生太大的改变,仍然存在一系列问题。究其原因,既有时局动荡、融资困难、人才缺乏等外部因素,也有经济结构不合理以及管理落后等内部因素。Before the war, especially in 1928 - 1937, due to the promotion and development of electric power of the motor, Wuhang modem industry had made substantial progress. But as a whole of the quality of the industry, it didnl have much change, and still had a series of problems. The reasons included both the external factors such as political turbulence, financing difficulties, lack of talents, and some intenal factors such as the unreasonable economic structure and poor management.
