摘　　要：目的观察护士三人定位法在心肺复苏抢救配合中的效果及可行性。方法选取我院2010年1月至2011年9月期间的176例心跳骤停的患者，观察组89例，采用普通的心肺复苏方式；对照组87例，采用护士三人定位法，进行心肺复苏。记录心肺复苏的成功率。结果观察组的89例患者复苏成功47例，对照组87例患者心肺复苏成功64例，对照组的心肺复苏的成功率明显高于观察组（P〈0．01），具有统计学意义。结论护士三人定位法在心肺复苏抢救配合中效果明显，具有可行性。Objective To observe the effect and feasibility of positioning method with three nurses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 176 patients with cardiac arrest patients who had been treated during the period of January 2010 to March 2011 were included in this study. The control group （ 89 patients ） received ordinary cardiopulmonary resuscitation; while the study group （ 87 patients ） received positioning method of cardiopulmonary resuscitation with three nurses. The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was noted. Results 47 of the 89 patients in the control group were rescued, whereas 64 of the 87 patients in the study group were rescued; the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusions It is feasible to use positioning method with three nurses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
