摘  要:对尾开口小(或封闭式头部)的发动机内绝热工艺技术进行研究。应用溶胶凝胶分配理论,研究了复杂结构的绝热材料预成型、多种材料模压和一体化真空热粘工艺,钢/绝(K/J)粘接强度≥3.0 MPa,解决了小开口钢壳体内绝热工艺难题。超声波探伤检验无脱粘,发动机地面试车考核成功。该技术为发动机内绝热提供了一种新的成型途径。A new internal insulating technology was investigated for motors with a minor opening aft or closed head dome. Technologies of insulation forming, molding and vacuum heat bonding and integral forming of complex structure of various insulations were investigated by using sol-gel distribution theory. Bond strength of case/insulation(K/J) is more than 3.0 MPa. The problem of internal insulation for metal case motor with minor opening was solved. The motors were proved to be perfect by ultrasonic inspection. They have passed the ground static tests. The application of the technology offers a new internal insulating approach for motors.
