摘  要:设计一个用于红外热像仪的轻量化超宽温中波折/衍混合红外热像仪光学系统。光学系统参数:工作波段为3.7μm~4.8μm,相对孔径为1/2,焦距为120mm,全视场角为5.18°,满足100%冷光栏效率。采用三片式结构,使用硅和锗两种常用的红外材料,以及一个非球面和一个衍射面,系统实现了轻量化和超宽温度下工作。系统在-60℃~160℃温度范围内成像质量接近衍射极限,可供像元尺寸为30μm、像元数256×256的凝视型中波红外探测器使用,可探测到2.3km远的坦克目标。A hybrid refractive/diffractive IR thermal imager with light weight and wide temper- ature range was designed. The working wavelength was 3.7 μm-4.8 μm; the relative aper- ture was 1/23 the efficient focal length (EFL) was 120 mm ; the full field of view was 5.18; and the system satisfied 100; cold shield efficiency. The system was designed with three len- ses and two kinds of materials--Si, Ge--and an aspheric surface and a diffraction surface to re- alize operation with light weight and wide temperature range. The imaging quality of the sys- tem approaches to the diffraction limit at --60℃ -160℃. It is compatible with the staring mid- wave infrared detector which has a format of 256× 256 and the pixel pitch of 30 μm. The sys- tem can recognize the tank from 2.3 km.
