摘　　要：国学大师王国维融贯中西,通释古今。他在《人间词话》中提出了自己的"出入说",综合全面分析影响王氏"出入说"的各种因素,有利于我们更好地把握和理解他的"出入说"及其它美学和文学思想,也有利于对其在中国近现代美学史和文学史上的地位和价值作出更加客观、公平和公正的判断和评价。Wang Guowei is taken as a master of ancient Chinese literature for his coherence of Chinese and Western culture He puts forward his own idea of ＂coming in and going out ＂ in The Poetic Remarks of the Human World. It is helpful for us to better understand the nature of idea of ＂coming in and going out ＂ and its value in Chinese aesthetics history and literature his tory. 0nly a comprehensive study of idea of ＂coming in and going out ＂ , can we evaluate the role of WangGuowei in modern Chinese aesthetics and literary history objectively.
