摘  要:目的:观察分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)在首次接受131I治疗后氨磷汀对唾液腺防护作用。方法:对40例确诊为DTC患者,按照接受131I治疗时是否应用氨磷汀分为两组,应用放射性核素唾液腺动态显像,对治疗前及治疗后3个月唾液腺功能进行定量分析。结果:应用氨磷汀组腮腺和颌下腺UR30、排泌分数(EF)、排泌率(ER)均降低,排泌时间(EP)延长,但统计学上无显著差异。结论:首次接受131I治疗DTC患者,氨磷汀对唾液腺起到一定的保护作用,但效果不显著,值得进一步探讨。Objective:To assess amifostine protect on salivary gland function in differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) patients the first receiving 131Ⅰ therapy. Methods: 40 DTC patients were divided into two groups according to the application of amifostine, salivary, scintiraphy was performed with 90mTcO4- on DTC patients before and 3 months after 131Ⅰ therapy. Quantitative analysis of salivary gland function were performed. Results: Amifostine group, the uptake ratio of 30min ( UR30 ), excretion fraction (EF), ex- cretion rate (ER) of bilateral parotid and submandibular glands were decreased, excretion time (EP) prolonged, however, the difference was not significant statistically, the parotid gland was more severely than the submandibular gland. Conclusion: Salivary gland function was damaged of DTC patients receiving 131Ⅰ therapy in the first, amifostine shoald be play a protective role on salivary glands, but the effect won' t be significant, it is worth further exploration.
