摘 要:本篇研究了牛肝菌中多糖的最佳提取工艺。考虑到料水比对多糖得率的影响最小,且浸提过程中若料水比过大,则浸出液也就相应增多,为了减轻浓缩等后处理工艺的负担,根据正交实验设计优化:温度80℃,料水比1∶15(g/mL)、提取时间3 h,乙醇浓度85%为最适工艺,此条件下多糖的得率为5.0%。经初步纯化得到纯度为48%粗多糖。The paper researched the best extraction technology of polysaccharide from Xerocomus. In consideration of the minimum influence to material water ratio of polysaccharides, and in the process of leaching, if the ratio of material to water oversize, then the leaching liquid will increase corresponding. In order to reduce the technologic burden after enrichment processing, according to the orthogonal experimental design optimization: temperature 80℃, the ratio of material to water 1:15 (g/mL), extracting time 3 h, ethanol concentration 85 %. In this condition, polysaccharide yield was 5.0 %. After basic purification, we can get the purity was 48 % of coarse polysaccharide.
