康惠尔透明贴预防乳腺癌术后化疗所致静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠尔透明贴在预防乳腺癌术后化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法:比较同一医疗组于2011年2～11月期间乳腺癌改良根治术后进行TAC方案化疗的患者静脉炎发生率。所有患者均在术后第7天开始第一次化疗。对照组:70例,采用留置针穿刺化疗,予常规护理。观察组:70例,除留置针常规护理外,拔针后用康惠尔透明贴(康乐保公司生产,规格10×10cm)沿穿刺点覆盖穿刺部位,保持3～5天。结果:对照组发生静脉炎38例(54.29%),观察组发生静脉炎18例(25.71%),二组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔透明贴能有效降低乳腺癌术后化疗所致静脉炎的发生率。Objective：To investigate the effect of Kang Huier transparent dressing in the prevention of phlebitis caused by postoperative chemotherapy in breast cancer.Method：Breast cancer patients treated by modified radical mastectomy and TAC chemotherapy in the2011.2-11 month period were studyed to compare the occurrence rate of phlebitis. All patients were executed the first chemotherapy on the seventh postoperative day. Control group：70cases were treated with the indwelling needle puncture chemotherapy, besides the routine nursing. The observation group：70 cases, in addition to routine nursing care of indwelling needle, were treated with Kang Huier transparent pasting （Coloplast company production, specifications 10×10cm） along the puncture point covers the puncture site after withdrawalling the needle and be keeped with 3-5days. Results：The occurrence of phlebitis in the control group was 38cases （54.29%）. That in observation group was 18cases （25.71%）. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kang Huier transparent paste can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis induced by the postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients.
