摘　　要：有机化学实验教学是高等院校化学、化工类各专业的一门必修课。我们引入E-Learning新型学习方式,配合传统的课堂教学方式进行了有效的教学探索,提升了教学成效。并且,有益于培育学生的创新观念,培养学生终身学习的习惯,提高学生的自主学习能力。Organic chemistry experiment is the import part of conege education. We reform Organic Chemistry Experiment education with E-Learning, the new learning method. The tradional course incorporated electronic elements into teaching and learning process. And we found that reform had improved our performance. And that also helped students to develop good study habits, to learn by themselves, to inspire their innovation thoughts.
