摘　　要：目的检测骨肉瘤中RUNX3和β-catenin的表达,探讨其关系及临床意义,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法应用流式细胞术检测86例骨肉瘤(观察组)及40例良性骨肿瘤(对照组)中RUNX3和β-catenin的表达,观察其在不同临床特征中的意义,观察RUNX3和β-catenin的关系。结果 RUNX3和β-catenin在骨肉瘤中的表达量明显低于对照组,骨肉瘤中RUNX3和β-catenin的表达量在不同软组织浸润及不同Ennecking分期的比较中,有明显差别。线性相关分析显示骨肉瘤中RUNX3和β-catenin具有正相关。结论 RUNX3和β-catenin在骨肉瘤中表达异常,两者可能存在协同作用,检测两种术后的表达对判断预后有一定价值。Objective To detect the expressions of RUNX3 and β-catenin in osteosarcoma and investigate their relation- ship in pathogenesis, development and metastasis in neoplasm. Methods The study included 86 cases of osteosarcoma as observation group and 40 cases of benign bone disease as control group. We detected the expressions of RUNX3 and β- eatenin in different pathological characteristic by FCM. Results The expressions of RUNX3 and β-catenin were lower in observation group than in control group. The expressions of RUNX3 and β-catenin were different in different soft tissue infiltration and different Ennecking installment. Linear correlation analysis showed that osteosarcoma of RUNX3 and β- catenin had positive correlation. Conclusion The down-expressions of RUNX3 and β-catenin may promote the develop- ment of osteosarcoma. The combined examination tony be helpful to predict the prognosis in osteosarcoma.
