摘　　要：细胞因子是免疫细胞产生的一大类能在细胞间传递信息、具有免疫调节和效应功能的蛋白质或小分子多肽。在炎症、肿瘤的发生、发展过程中,细胞因子的作用越来越受到关注,多种细胞因子(如IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF等)在肿瘤尤其是胃癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗及预后等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文就相关细胞因子与胃癌的研究来做进一步的综述。Cytokines is a broad class of protein or small molecule polypeptide which are produced by immunocyte, they can deliver messages from cells to cells and has the immune regulation and effector function. The effects of the cytokines get more and more attention in the happening and development process of inflammation and tumor. Many cytokines （such as IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, TNF and so on） play an important role in the happening, development, diagnosis, treatment and prog- nosis of tumors, especially in gastric cancer. This paper makes a further review about the research in cytokines and gastric cancer.
