摘　　要：目的探讨TwinBlock技术和"2×4"技术联合矫正治疗安氏Ⅱ2错的效果。方法选择2009～2012年在我院接受治疗的安氏Ⅱ2错患者26例,对患者的口腔内部进行细致了解,然后采用TwinBlock技术,并结合使用"2×4"技术矫正治疗患者的口腔牙齿,同时测量矫正治疗之前和之后口腔内的各个数据,并对测量数据进行精确的分析。结果此26例患者通过矫正治疗,上颌和下颌齿轴角恢复正常,口腔内牙齿的每个高度、倾斜度都得到了很好的矫正,患者的口腔生长恢复正常、面部也随之更加美观。结论 TwinBlock技术和"2×4"技术的有效结合有利于更好地治疗安氏Ⅱ2错,在这方面有明显的疗效,同时也有利于口腔医学领域的发展。Objective To explore the effect of TwinBlock technique combined with ＂2×4＂ technique in the orthodontic treatment of Angle＇ s class Ⅱ2 malocclusion. Methods Twenty-six patients receiving Angle＇ s class Ⅱ2 malocclusion in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were selected. All the patients＇ oral cavity interior was understood carefully. Then TwinBlock technique, combined with ＂2×4＂ technique, was used to correct their teeth. Meanwhile, the oral cavity data before and af- ter the orthodontic treatment were measured and analyzed precisely. Results Through orthodontic treatment, the 26 pa- tients＇ maxillary and mandibular teeth shaft angle returned to normal, each height and each tilt of the teeth were well cor- rected, and the patients＇ oral cavity growth returned to normal and their face became more beautiful. Conclusion The ef- fective combination of TwinBloek technique and ＂2×4＂ technique is conducive to better treating Angle＇s class Ⅱ2 maloc- clusion, showing significant efficacy. Menawhile, it is also conducive to the development of oral medicine.
