前方牵引器矫治儿童替牙期骨性反36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌前方牵引治疗儿童替牙期骨性反的疗效。方法应用面具和改良颏兜前方牵引器对36例替牙期骨性反颌的儿童进行早期治疗。结果经过6～12个月的前方牵引,使前牙覆颌覆盖以及侧貌得到显著改善。36例替牙期后方牵引治疗前后X线头影测量结果证实,SNA、SNB、ANB、上中-NA、下中-NB、MP-SN牵引前后出现显著变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可调面具式前方牵引器促进上颌骨向前发育,抑制下颌骨向前发育,可以有效改善侧貌外形。Objective To investigate the effects of anterior crossbite in mixed dentitioin with maxillary protraction appli- ance. Methods All of 36 paitents in mixed dentition with skeletal malocclusion were treated by face mask and modified maxillary protraction appliance,pretreament and postreatment cephalometie analysis were carried out. Results After treat- ment of 6-12 months,significant changes were observed of overbite and overjet,And profile was improved evidently. X cephalometric results confirm 36 cases of rear traction dentition period before and after treatment SNA, SNB, ANB, upper- NA-NB under MP-SN traction before and after the change, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The modified maxillary protraction could stimulate the growth of maxillary and depress the growth of mandibular ,and profile could be improved evidently.
