摘　　要：目的探讨VEGF、E-cadherin、MMP-9、血浆EB病毒游离DNA对鼻咽癌患者预后的影响。方法选取来我院进行治疗的鼻咽癌患者200例,检测VEGF、E-cadherin、MMP-9、血浆EB病毒游离DNA,使用统计学方法进行分析处理。结果 E-cadherin、VEGF、MMP-9的表达会对鼻咽癌患者的预后产生影响(P<0.05);EBV-DNA水平在远处转移组中最高,其次为局部复发组,而无瘤生存组最低,三组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、E-cadherin、MMP-9、血浆EB病毒游离DNA在鼻咽癌患者预后检测方面是非常有价值的指标。Objective To investigate the influence on the prognosis of VEGF, E-cadherin, MMP-9, the plasma EB virus free DNA in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods There were 200 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were selected in our hospital, VEGF, E-cadherin, MMP-9 and the plasma EB virus free DNA of all the objects were detected, we used the statistical methods to analyze the results. Results E-cadherin, VEGF and MMP-9 expression impacted on the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （P 〈 0.05）; EBV-DNA level was highest in distant metastasis group, followed by local recurrence group, EBV-DNA level was lowest in the without survival group, the difference among three groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma detection of MMP-9 and EBV-DNA is a valuable indicator.
