摘　　要：目的评价依达拉奉联合扩容治疗颈内动脉系统进展型卒中的有效性和安全性。方法选择发病72 h内的颈内动脉系统进展型卒中患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组。除基础治疗外,两组均采用羟乙基淀粉500 mL日一次静点,观察组加用依达拉奉注射液30 mg日2次静滴,共14 d。结果两组治疗前NIHSS评分无统计学差异,治疗后观察组NIHSS减少较对照组明显(P<0.01),观察组显效率明显优于对照组(66.67%vs 38.89%,P<0.01);两组均无明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合扩容治疗颈内动脉系统进展型卒中安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined use of edaravone and volume expander in progressive isehemie stroke of internal carotid artery system. Methods A total of 76 cases of progressive ischemie stroke of internal carotid artery system were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with volume expander and basic drugs for isehemic stroke. One group was added with Edaravone injection 30 mg twice daily as observation group. Results There were no NIHSS differentces between these two groups before treatment. After 14 days＂ treatment, the observation group was obv-iously better than contrast group in NIHSS reduetion（P 〈 0.01 ）and in efficacy rate（66.67% vs 38.89%, P〈 0.01 ）. No significant complications had occurred. Conclusion Combined use of edaravone and volume expander in progressive isehemic stroke of internal carotid artery system was proved to be safe and efficient.
