贵州省大学生面众恐惧的主体因素与客观因素分析

摘　　要：面众恐惧是大学生群体中普遍存在的一种心理现象,其对大学生的学习和生活产生了较多消极影响,阻碍大学生的成长发展。以贵州省大学生为例,从贵州省大学生的主体因素和客观因素两大方面探求贵州省大学生产生面众恐惧的原因,发现贵州省大学生面众恐惧的主体因素包括生物遗传因素、人格特质、认知偏差、自信心缺乏、交流技能匮乏和个体动机不恰当等;客观因素包括社会文化环境、家庭因素、学校环境、同伴关系和特殊场合等。Communication apprehension is a common phenomenon among undergraduates, and it has negative effects on undergraduates＇ study as well as their lives. Moreover, it can be the obstacle on their improvement way. This paper takes 1631 undergraduates in Guizou province as an example to research the subjective and objective factors of general undergraduates＇ communication apprehension from this area. It found that the subjective factors mainly includes biology, heredity, personality, cognitive deviation, lack of self - confidence and the improper motives ; while the objective factors mainly related to social and cultural environment, family environment, school environment, peer and special occasions.
