复合型视角下体育教育本科专业人才培养研究——以福建省部分高校为例

摘　　要：运用查文献、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,从社会对复合型人才需求角度分析福建省部分高校体育教育本科专业学生的培养现状.认为当前体育教育专业学生的从教意识较强,而社会实践能力和就业能力难以适应社会对复合型人才的需求,提出搭建丰富的社会交流体系和建立完善的就业指导体系将是未来高校体育教育专业改革的重要方向.By consulting documents, interviewing experts, doing questionnaires, etc. , it analyzes the current situation of training undergraduates majoring in physical education from the perspectives of current demand all-round talents and comes to the conclusion that the PE majors, despite their strong desire to become a teacher, lack experience and competence so that they haven＇t lived up to the demands the society present for a all-round talent. There- fore, it proposes that establishing the system of varied social exchange and thorough employ- ment guidance should be the future orientation for the reform of PE majors in the university.
