摘  要:目的探讨同辈支持小组缓解护理本科生实习压力的效果。方法将190名护理本科生分为试验组与对照组。建立同辈支持小组,为试验组护理本科生讲授各种应对实习压力的方法,提供心理援助与社会支持;对照组则接受实习医院安排的常规教育。于干预后3个月采用实习护生压力量表进行效果测评。结果干预后3个月,两组护理本科生实习压力总均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),工作性质、工作负荷、工作支持及实习准备得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同辈支持小组为护理本科生提供了良好的社会支持,能够缓解护理本科生的实习压力。Objective To evaluate the effect of peer support system on relieving the stress of undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice. Methods Totally 190 undergraduate nursing students were divided into two groups. The experiment group received peer support,guidance of stress coping techniques and psychological counseling. The students' stress was measured at 3 months after the intervention by using Nursing Students' Stress Scale(NSSS). Results There were significant differences in the total score of stress and factor scores of work nature,workload,support and preparations to clinical practice between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Peer support can provide effective social support and relieve the stress of undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice.
