摘　　要：废旧纺织品的回收利用在我国还没有引起足够的重视,大部分废旧服装被当做普通的生活垃圾扔掉,既污染了环境又造成了资源的浪费,废旧纺织品缺乏有效的回收渠道。政府应尽快出台相关政策,鼓励有条件的企业建立自己的逆向物流体系,并给予税收优惠、财政补贴等。另外,还需要积极探索纺织品逆向物流联合经营模式、纺织品逆向物流外包模式。Recycling of waste textiles has not got taken seriously enough in China. Most of the discarded clothing is taken as ordinary garbage and thrown away. It not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes the resources. It lacks effective recycling channels of waste textile. Our government should introduce relevant policies to encourage qualified enterprises to establish their own reverse logistics system, and to give tax incentives and financial subsidies as soon as possible. On the other hand, there is a need to actively explore joint business model of textiles reverse logistics and the outsourcing mode of textile reverse logistics.
