摘  要:试验旨在探讨木聚糖酶对玉米-豆粕-杂粕型日粮蛋鸡生产性能影响机理及适宜添加量。选择290日龄海兰褐蛋鸡480只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理分6个重复,每个重复20只。日粮中分别添加0g/t、100g/t、150g/t、200g/t木聚糖酶(15000u/g),试验时间30d。结果表明,在杂粕型蛋鸡日粮中添加木聚糖酶有如下优势:①有提高产蛋率和蛋重的趋势(P>0.05),对料蛋比影响不明显;②提高了营养物质利用率,与对照组比较,试验组能量利用率提高了2.15%~2.81%(P<0.05),粗蛋白提高了0.57%~6.64%(P<0.05),粗纤维提高了57.04%~82.01%(P<0.01),粗脂肪提高了0.55%~2.18%(P<0.05),钙提高了2.67%~10.91%(P<0.05),磷提高了10.52%~14.27%(P<0.05);③与对照组相比,试验组回肠食糜黏度下降了8.12%~10.25%(P<0.05);结肠食糜黏度亦有降低趋势(P>0.05)。综合考虑,玉米-豆粕-杂粕型蛋鸡日粮中木聚糖酶(15000u/g)的适宜添加量是100~150g/t。In order to study the mechanism and the optimum adding amount of xylanase on production performance, nutrient digestibility and related biochemical index of layer in corn - soybean meal- other meal type diet, 480 290-day-old Hy-Line Brown layer were divided into 4 treatments randomly with 6 repeats. Diets were mixed with xylanase (15000u/g) at 0 g/t, 100g/t, 150g/t, 200g/t respectively. The trail lasted for 30 days. The results showed that: (1) The laying rate and egg weight of layers were improved(P〉0.05), but FCR were not effected; (2) Compared with the control group, the enegy, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber Calcium and Phosphorus degistibility of the trail groups increased by 2.15% - 2.81%(P〈0.05), 0.57%-6.64% (P〈0.05), 57.04%-82.01% (P〈0.05), 0.55%- 2.18% (P〈0.05), 2.67%- 10.91% (P〈0.05), 10.52%- 14.27% (P〈0.05) respectively. (3) Compared with the control group, the ileum chyme viscosity of trail groups decreased by 8.12%-10.25% (P〈0.05) while the colonic chyme viscosity of trail groups was not significant (P〉0.05); Above all, the optimum adding amount ofxylanase (15000u/g) was 100- 150g/t.
