摘　　要：设计和实现了一种基于SoPC技术的实验室智能视频监控系统。系统以Altera公司的TE3开发板为平台,采用CCD高速摄像头,配备烟雾、温度、湿度传感器,实现实时图像采集、处理、压缩及运动目标检测与跟踪。通过无线网络将图像数据和环境参数传输至远程计算机监控终端,对实验室进行智能化监控。An intelligent video surveillance system of laboratory based on SOPC is designed and implemented. The platform of this system is Ahera Cor- porationg TE3 development board,using CCD high-speed camera,equipped with the smoke ,temperature and humidity sensors,to achieve real-time image acquisition, processing, compression, and moving target detection and tracking. The image data and environment parameters are transmitted to the remote computer monitoring terminal through a wireless network,realizing the intelligent monitoring for laboratory.
