摘 要:以宁薯4号马铃薯为观测对象,采用大田试验方法,利用CIRAS-1型光合测定仪观测马铃薯叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及光合有效辐射、气温、CO2摩尔分数等变化,研究马铃薯叶片净光合速率与其他微环境因子的关系。结果表明,马铃薯叶片净光合速率与蒸腾速率、光合有效辐射、大气水汽浓度均呈"S"曲线关系,与气孔导度、气温、大气CO2摩尔分数呈二次曲线关系,与叶室内外CO2摩尔分数差呈线性关系,与叶室内外水汽浓度差呈乘幂关系。马铃薯叶片净光合速率与微环境因子的关系非常密切,可以用相关环境因子推测叶片净光合速率变化情况。In field, using photosynthesis measure system-CIRAS-1 measured net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate,conductivity of stomata of "Ningxia potato No. 4"leaf and other environmental fac- tors such as photosynthetic active radiation, air-temperature, CO2 mole fraction, etc. The results showed that potato leaf net photosynthesis rate were "S"curve with transpiration rate, photosynthetic active radiation, vapor concentration, respectively. Net photosynthesis rate of potato leaf were second degree curve with conductivity of stomata,air temp,CO2 mole fraction,respectively. Net photosynthe- sis rate were linear with CO2 mole fraction difference, power relationship with leaf chamber vapor con- centration difference. Some micrometeorological factors could be used to predict net photosynthesis rate.
