马铃薯匀浆治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨马铃薯匀浆治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效。方法共有320例患者入组，按随机方法分组，将输液外渗患者分为马铃薯匀浆组（A组）102例、马铃薯薄片组（B组）106例和硫酸镁对照组（c组）112例，各组分别采用马铃薯匀浆、马铃薯薄片和33％硫酸镁外敷，比较各组的疗效。结果A组总体疗效优于B组和C组，B组优于C组。A组治愈的时间明显少于B组和C组，B组少于C组。结论马铃薯外敷治疗输液外渗性损伤优于硫酸镁外敷，马铃薯匀浆优于简单的马铃薯薄片外敷，可以明显缩短治愈时间。Objective To explore the treatment effect of potato homogenate on the treatment of drug extravasation during intravenous injection. Methods 320 cases of drug extravasation patients during the intravenous infusion were randomly divided into the potato homogenate group, named group A; patato slice group named group B and magnesium sulfate group as group C. The group A,B and C were separately treated with the external application of potato homogenate, thin slice of fresh potato and 33% magnesium sulfate. The therapeutic effects of the 3 groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of group A was superior to that of group B and C, and the healing time in group A was much shorter than that in group B and C, and group B was batter than group C, there was significant difference between the above com- parison groups. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of external application of fresh potato in the treat- ment of extravasation injury caused by the drugs is remarkable. Potato homogenate can improve the treat- ment effect and shorten healing time when compared with potato slice.
