论适应健康教育发展的高校体育教师素质

摘　　要：高校体育教师在健康教育发展中起着十分重要的作用。实施健康教育,推行体育与健康课程标准,关键在于体育教师的素质。文章运用文献资料法和分析归纳法,对符合健康教育要求的高校体育教师的素质结构进行了探讨。同时指出,应从调整高师体育教育专业课程结构、重新树立体育教师的专业形象、加强体育教师在职教育、培养体育教师自主发展的意识和能力四方面采取措施,以构建胜任健康教育要求的师资。University P.E.teachers play a very important role in the development of health education.The key to implementing the health education and popularizing the curricular standards of P.E.and health education are a P.E.teacher＇s qualities.Based on study methods of literature,analysis and induction,the article explores the P.E.teachers qualities that are qualified for health education in high schoo1s.For perfecting the qualities,the study suggests some measures should be adopted,which include adjusting physical education curriculum structure,establishing a P.E.teacher ＇s professional image,strengthening education of P.E.teachers,training consciousness and ability of P.E.teachers＇ development,to meet the demands of health education.
