摘　　要：终身体育是高校体育教学的最终目标,文章透过和谐教育的内涵和实施全民健身的背景,进一步揭示了全民健身与终身体育之间的关系,从而提出和谐教育观下高校体育改革的趋向和建议。Lifelong sports is the ultimate goal of college physical education teaching. From the connotation of harmonious education and the background of Nationwide Fitness implementation, the paper reveals the relationship between lifelong sports and Nationwide Fitness, and then puts forward the reform trends and suggestions of college physical education reform under the view of harmonious education.
