辽宁石油化工大学开展阳光体育运动创新发展模式的探索

摘　　要：高校作为开展阳光体育运动的一个重要组成部分,其开展情况的好坏影响学生体质状况,甚至对大学生终身体育产生深远影响。因此,促使阳光体育运动健康、积极的开展是高校体育工作重要任务。学校体育的重要性毋庸置疑,阳光体育运动在全国各级各类学校中发展缓慢、效果不明、发展形式单一、传统等现象进一步阻碍了阳光体育运动的更好更快的发展,所以创新阳光体育运动发展模式将是阳光体育运动走出困境的必由之路。文章以辽宁石油化工大学为例,重点介绍该校开展阳光体育运动的创新发展模式:体育文化节和《阳光体育报》,以便能为辽宁省甚至全国高校开展阳光体育运动提供发展模式的借鉴。Colleges,as the important part of Sunshine Sports development, has great effects on students＇ body quality, and even exert far-reaching influence on college students＇ sports in their whole life. Therefore Sunshine Sports＇ positive development is a prime task for college sports education. Undoubtedly college sports are of great importance. The slow development, inefficient outcome, monotonous and backward ways hold back the further and better development of Sunshine Sports. Based on the current situations, the only way to overcome the difficulties is to innovate the development pattern. This thesis takes Liaoning Shihua University as an example to introduces Sunshine Sports＇ new development patterns： Sports Culture Festival and The Sunshine Sports Newspaper. This study aims to provide reference on Sunshine Sports development pattern for colleges in Liaoning Province and even in the whole nation.
