师范院校体育专业学生对学校体育法认知情况调查研究——以北京师范大学为例

摘　　要：目的:师范类院校体育专业大学生的日后就业方向主要面临体育教师或体育工作者两大职业,提高师范类体育专业大学生对学校体育法相关知识的认知水平有助于学校体育的开展与体育法的传播,对实现依法治体具有现实的指导意义。方法:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对师范类院校体育专业的100名学生进行学校体育法认知情况的调查与分析。结果:通过对师范类院校体育专业学生的学校体育法知识调查,了解到59.4%的学生知道体育法的存在,但却对其内容没有任何了解,在学校体育法知晓度的调查中平均知晓率仅为79.83%。结论:师范类院校体育专业学生虽认为学校体育法在今后的体育教学中很重要但学习的热情度较低;由于学校未开设体育法的相关课程,导致高年级学生与低年级学生的认知程度没有明显差异。建议学校开设相关的体育法课程,并加大在校园内有关体育法的宣传,推动学生对体育法的学习,提高学生的体育法规认知程度。Objective： To promote the carrying out of sports activities and the spread of sports law in universities by improving the cognitive level of sports majors in normal universities and to improve the legal system of sports as being PE teachers and sports professionals are the most two common occupations for sports majors in normal universities after graduation. Method： Documents, questionnaires and statistics will be made use of to conduct a research on the cognitive level of sports law of 100 sports majors in normal universities. Result： According to a survey about the cognitive level of sports law of sports majors in normal universities, it is found that 59.4% of students know sports law, without knowing any content about it. On average, only 79.83% of them know that sports law is made in universities. Conclusion： Although sports majors in normal universities think sports law play an important role in their teaching in the future, they don＇t have too much enthusiasm for learning sports law. There aren＇t courses about sports law in universities, which leads to small difference between the cognitive level of sports law of senior students and that of junior students. It is advised that universities should set up courses about sports law and work on the spread of sports law to improve the cognitive level of students about sports law.
