摘　　要：新托福考试体现了交际语言能力模式以及由此产生的交际语言教学的理念,基于该理念的新托福阅读也加强了对语言功能的考查。以新托福考试的理念——即交际语言教学思想——为理论基础,依靠现代化多媒体网络教学平台,构建全新的大学英语阅读模式,既能有效地提高大学英语阅读教学的质量,又有利于培养学生英语语言综合运用能力。The construction of the teaching model of college English reading based on the concept of TOEFL iBT, that is, the concept of communicative language teaching, and modem multimedia network teaching platform can effectively improve the teaching quality of college English reading, and at the same time help to cultivate the students＇comprehensive English language proficiency.
