摘 要:通过探究生命教育的产生、发展与内涵,反思当前我国高校体育教育中生命教育的不足。认为高校体育教学目标、内容、方法与评价等方面缺少对学生的生命关怀,在我国高校体育教育中树立"生命为本,全面育人"的指导思想,在教学过程中凸显"生命元素",构建"相互尊重,平等对话"的师生关系,有利于引导学生树立正确的生死观,培养学生积极的生命价值观,进而正确认识生命的价值和意义,尊重与关爱生命,提升生命质量,以期达到培育身心健康、情意均衡发展的充满生命活力与激情的全面人才的育人目标。Through investigating the origin,development and connotation of life education,reflect the lack of life education on current college physical education in China.Believe that the college sports teaching goal,the content of PE.courses,the teaching method and evaluation are lack of concern for students' lives.It's advantage to guide the students to establish a correct outlook on life and death,cultivate students' positive life values,and make a correct understanding of the value and meaning of life,respect and love of life,enhance the quality of life and reach the goal of cultivate physical and mental healthy,balanced development,full of vigor and passion of overall talent people to set upright the guiding ideology of life oriented,comprehensive educated,highlight the elements of life in the process of teaching,construct the mutual respect,equality dialogue relationship between teachers and students in Chinese higher education.
