基于MATLAB／SIMUUNK的电压波动及闪变测量研究

摘　　要：本文以国际电工技术委员会（IEC）推荐的闪变测量原理框图及设计规范为依据，首先讨论了系统框图中各环节的传递函数，然后利用双线性变换法，将各模拟滤波器变换为数字滤波器，并研究了电压波动及闪变测量的数字化计算方法。最后利用MATLAB／SIMULINK软件搭建了仿真模型，对电压波动分量、瞬时闪变视感度S（t）及短时间闪变值Pst进行测量。仿真结果符合IEC闪变测量精度要求，为进一步构建电压波动及闪变测量仪提供了一定的理论基础。According to the principle block diagram and design specifications of flicker measurement recommended by International Electro-technical Commission （IEC）, the transfer functions in every links of the system block diagram are first discussed, and then all of the analog filters are converted into the digital filters by using bilinear transformation method and the digitized calculation methods of voltage fluctuation and flicker measurement are researched in this paper. Finally, the simulation model is established by utilizing the MATLAB/SIMULINK software, thus the voltage fluctuation component, instantaneous flicker sensation level S （t） and short time flicker value Pst are measured. The simulation results show that the measurement accuracy coincides with the flicker measurement accuracy requirement of IEC.
