摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义法律体系的日臻完善,卫生法律法规的不断出台,特别是众多医疗事故、医疗纠纷的屡屡发生,医学院校的法制教育问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注。文章对当前医学院校法制教育的现状和存在问题进行了分析和探讨,指出了法制教育事关医学人才的培养与卫生事业的发展,提出了转变观念,优化师资,创新教学方法,丰富教育形式等改进措施。As the improvement of socialism with Chinese ？ characteristics legal system, while more and more health laws and regulations have emerged, especially the presence of numerous medical walpractices and medical disputes, the problems of legal education in medical schools have amused wide social attention. This article analyzes and investigates the actualities and problems of legal education in medical schools, points out that legal education is connected with the training of medical talents and the development of health project, and proposes improvements, such as changing the mindset, improving the teaching team, innovating teaching methods, enriching the educating forms, etc.
