摘　　要：全科医学是一门新兴的以社区为基础以家庭为单位的临床学科,在我国起步较晚,昆明市于1999年开展全科医师转型培训,但仍然面临很多问题,文章在此做了一些原因的探讨和应对策略的浅要分析,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。General family medicine is an emerging community based on the family as the unit of clinical subject, which started late in our country. The city of Kunming carried out general family practitioners＇ transition training in 1999, but still is faced with many problems. This paper makes some reason discussion and offers a concerned elementary strategic analysis, hoping to play a valuable role.
