摘 要:目的:构建3-D侧脑室解剖课件,用于显微神经解剖教学。方法:依据神经解剖学教学大纲的要求和显微侧脑室外科临床实践中遇到的困难,对侧脑室解剖内容进行总结提炼,精心构思,应用计算机超强的建模与动画功能,对侧脑室解剖学课程进行了3-D模型构件与课件制作。结果:完成了侧脑室解剖3-D模型构建,形成中、英文两个版本的学课件,并进行了局部的实践应用,取得了良好的教学效果,受到了师生的好评。结论:3-D多媒体教学比传统教学具有明显优势,现代医学成像和影视技术的应用对教学效果的提高具有重要作用。Objective: To develop an interactive three-dimensianal (3-D) computerized anatomic model of the lateral cerebral ventricle for teaching microneurourgical anatomy. Methods: The three-dimemional (3-D) earnputerized anatomic model of the lateral cerebral ventricle was designed and constructed using software, Multimedia coursewaere was devised using powerpoint. Results: The 3-D model of the lateral ~ral ventricle and related structtures was constructed and systematic courseware on 3-D computerized anatomic model of the lateral cerebral ventricle in both Chinese and English versions were completed and applied in teaching with good results. Conclusion: Multimedia teaching is superior to the traditional one in various aspects. The appliecation of modem medical imaging and video technology plays an important role in improving tenehing results.
