高等教育大众化视域下大学生择业观教育

摘　　要：当前,大学生就业难的原因是多方面的,除了高校毕业生人数多、区域经济发展不平衡、人才培养与社会需求脱节、就业政策和就业制度不够完善等因素外,大学生择业观偏差是一个不容忽视的因素。充分认识新形势下加强大学生择业观教育的重要性和必要性,探析当代大学生择业观的特点,明确择业观教育的目标要求,构建择业观教育的完整内容和创新有效的教育方法,是引导大学生转变就业观念、正确择业和顺利就业的关键。Presently, we find that the issue of employment for undergraduates is caused by various reasons besides the university students, the imbalance of regional or local development, the unmatched way of cultivating qualified personnel＇ s to meet the demands of society, and the incomplete policies and systems of employment. One special problem is that most undergraduates have a wrong view towards employment, we need to have a full understanding of the necessity and importance of reinforcing the education of employment for the undergraduates in the changing situation; we need to analyze the real situation of employment for undergraduates; we need to be clear about the aims and requirement of the education; and we need to build up a complete and full content of employment educa- tion system, also we need to find new and creative methods for employment education which are the key and major solutions for the proper and smooth employment of undergraduates.
