口腔修复膜预防颌骨囊性缺损人工骨植入腔感染的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】评价人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜对术后植入腔感染的预防作用。【方法】79例颌骨囊性缺损行人工骨植入术的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。38例治疗组患者行人工骨植入术后人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜，41例对照组患者按常规处理未用口腔修复膜覆盖，比较两组患者在植入人工骨后3～6个月内骨植入腔感染的发生率。【结果】治疗组在颌骨囊性缺损行人工骨植入术后3～6个月内骨植入腔感染的发生率5．2％（2／38）显著低于对照组21．9％（9／41），其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】口腔修复膜覆盖人工骨表面对颌骨囊性缺损人工骨植入术后骨植入腔感染有预防作用。[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of oral biofilm covering the surface of artificial bone for the prevention of the infection induced by implantation. [Metbods]A total of 79 patients with jaw cystic defect un dergoing artificial implantation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ n =38） received oral biofilm covering the surface of artificial bone after implantation. The control group（ n=41） received routine treatment without oral biofilm covering the surface of artificial bone. The incidence of the infection within 3- 6 months after artificial bone implantation was compared between 2 groups. [Results] The incidence of postoperative infection within 3-6 months after artificial bone implantation for jaw cystic defect in the treatment group was 5. 2% （2/38）, which was obviously lower than that in the control group[21.9 % （9/41 ） ], and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05 ）. [ConelusionlOral biofilm covering the surface of artificial bone can prevent the infection after artificial bone implantation for jaw cystic defect.
