摘 要:2012年是独立学院从2008年4月开始正式进入五年过渡期的第四年,仍有不少独立学院在十字路口徘徊,以家族化管理为主的独立学院,在制度变迁的今天,面临着无形资产撤离、资产过户、只能在办学盈余中获得回报等挑战。学院脱离公立高校后的发展走向,家族成员与非家族成员之间的利益分配,家族化管理的传承与创新都成为转制期凸现的敏感问题。只有积极探索,因地制宜,妥善解决家族内、外部的利益关系,建立民主竞争机制,培养合适的职业校长和教学骨干,家族化独立学院的转制期才能平稳渡过。This year is the fourth year of the five-year transition period for independent colleges starting from April 2008.However,there are still a lot of independent colleges lingering at the crossroads.Presently because of the transition independent colleges,based on a family-run system,are faced with such challenges as withdrawal of intangible assets,transfer of assets,gaining reward only by school-running surplus.As a result,many problems arise including development direction after being separated from public colleges and universities,distribution of benefits between family members and non-family members,heritage and innovation of the family-run system.The solutions include properly solving the interests between family members and non-family members,establishing a democratic competition mechanism,and cultivating eligible professional presidents and backbone teachers.Only by doing this can family-run colleges have a smooth transitional period.
