大学教师校际流动性的中外比较分析

摘　　要：从各大学的官网上搜集教师的档案性信息,建立我国大学教师流动数据库,并借鉴"卡内基国际调查数据",采用"人均校际流动期望值"等指标进行统计和相应的中外比较分析。统计分析结果表明:我国大学教师的校际流动性在所有国家中最低。这种低流动性可以在我国大学人事制度和行政治校的管理模式中找到根源。By adopting stratified cluster sampling method and merging it into a representative large sample(Sample size: 4890),this paper establishes a university teachers' interschool mobility database.The paper applies 'per capital expected value of interschool mobility' and other indexes to conduct a statistics and comparative analysis based on the collected data.The results indicate that the university teachers' interschool mobility in China is the lowest in the sample countries,and that the cause of the low mobility is due to the personnel system of current administration management model of colleges and universities.Moreover,the paper puts forward that the personnel system reform in colleges and universities is imperative.
