摘　　要：随着经济社会的不断发展,企业发挥着重要作用并占据着至关重要的地位。企业的公共关系危机处理关系着一个企业的兴衰,如何应对和巧妙化解是关键,化危机为契机,以推动企业走上更高的台阶。文章分析了C公司应对公共关系危机现状及不足:员工自身素质低、规章制度的繁琐、没有形成专业的公关团队等,并提出公司公共关系危机处理对策建议。With the constant development of social economy, enterprises play key role in it. The treatment of public relations crisis has close tie with the prosperity and adversity of an enterprise. Thus, how to address problems is the key to turn the crisis into opportunities and promote the development of an enterprise. The paper analyzes the state quo how Company C deal with public relations crisis and problems about it, such as employees＇ low quality, overstaffed system and unprofessional public relations team and finally puts forward solution to them.
