摘  要:[目的]测定不同重金属在淮河蚌埠段团头鲂体内的蓄积情况。[方法]应用火焰型原子吸收光度法测定淮河团头鲂不同组织器官(鳞片、鳔、心脏、肌肉、鳃盖骨、尾鳍、脑、肾、皮肤、胆、眼球、肠、鳃和肝胰脏)中的Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni和Zn等重金属含量。[结果]淮河团头鲂不同组织器官中的Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni和Zn的含量不同,其中Fe(64.126mg/kg)和Zn(22.876mg/kg)含量均明显高于其他重金属含量。团头鲂脾中Fe含量(139.208mg/kg)最高,其次为心脏、脑和肝胰脏;Cu在脑、眼球和心脏中的含量(11.078、10.070和9.922mg/kg)较高,其他组织较低;Mn在鳞片、尾鳍和心脏中含量较高,肌肉中含量最低;Cd和Zn在心脏、脾和鳃盖骨中含量较高,但肠中的含量均较低。淮河团头鲂不同组织中Cd的含量超过国家卫生食用标准,其食用部分不能食用。[结论]该研究为淮河流域的污染治理和渔业发展提供了理论依据和参考。[Objective] To study the accumulation of heavy metals in Megalo- brama amblycephala from the Huaihe River (the Section in Bengbu City, East China). [Method] Concentrations of heavy metals such as Cu, Mn, Cd, Fe, Ni and Zn in different organs of M. ambly- cepha/a, such as (scale, swimming bladder, heart, muscle, operculum, caudal fin, brain, kidney, skin, gallbladder, eyeball, intestine, gill and hepatopancreas) were measured by applying flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. [Result] Concentrations of heavy metals in different organs of M. amblycephala vary, among which concentrations of Fe (64.126 mg/kg) and Zn (22.876 mg/kg) was much higher than those of others. Fe concentration was the highest in spleen (139.208 mg/kg), and then in heart, brain and hepatopancreas. Cu concentration was higher in brain, eyeball and heart (11.078, 10.070 and 9.922 mg/kg, respectively), and lower in other organs. Mn concentration was higher in scale, caudal fin and heart, and the lowest in muscle. Cd and Zn concentration was higher in heart, spleen, operculum, and lower in intestines. Cd concentration in organs of M. amblycephala from the Huaihe River was higher than the Na tional Health Food Standards, thus the edible parts of M. amblycephala were not edible. [Conclusion] The study provided theoretical references for the pollu- tion control and fishery development of the Huaihe basin.
