摘　　要：目的：报告采用切开复位内田定治疗双踝骨折的效果厦其评价。方法：2009年06月至2011年3月，对40例双踝骨折采用切开复位内固定进行治疗。结果：本组40钢均得到随访，随访时间12—24个月，平均17个月。骨折均愈合，愈合时间最短7周，最长18同。疗效评定参照Baird--Jackson标准，其中优24例，良8例，中5例，差3例，优良率80％。结论：双踝骨折的手术治疗根据骨折类型选择恰当的手术方法和固定方式，可以取得较好疗效。Objective： To report and evaluate the treatment results of bimaUeolar ankle fracture with open reduction and inter fixation. Methods：40 cases of bimalleolar ankle fracture were treated with open reduction and inter fixation from June 2009 to Mar 2011. Result：A follow--up of 12 to 24 （mean 17）months revealed hone union in all cases. The time of bone union is from 7 to 18 weeks. The ankle functions were evaluated by the Baird-- Jackson system to find 24 excellent eases,8 good eases, 5 fair cases and 3 poor cases. Conclusion：The bimalleolar ankle fracture can effectively be treated with open reduction and inter fixation. The method of reduction and fixation should be ascertained according to the type of the fracture.
