摘　　要：目的:介绍经透明角膜切口的青光眼滤过术后白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入的方法及疗效。方法:对18例18眼施行手术,上方透明角膜内1mm处做3.2mm切口,超声乳化白内障摘除后扩大切口至5.5mm～6mm,植入人工晶体。结果:18眼术后视力全部提高,术中术后无严重并发症。结论:经透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障能取得良好效果而无严重并发症。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation through the clear corneal incision after trabeculectomy.Methods:This opreation was performed on 18 eyes 18 cases,surgical procedures included 3.2 mm to 5.5mm～6mm,implant at the intraocular lens .Results:After operation,visral acuity was improved in 18 eyes.Intraopertively and postoperatively,no severe complication was found.Conclusion:For the person complicated cataract after trabeculectomy,the phacoemulsification lens implantation through the clear corneal incision was effective and safe.
