摘　　要：目的 :建立一种外周血循环中肿瘤微转移检测的方法。方法 :2 0例CEA分泌性肿瘤患者及 8例健康对照 ,用逆转录PCR(ReverseTranscription PolymeraseChainReaction ,简称为RT PCR)方法检测血中的CEAmR NA ,同时用放免法检测血清CEA水平。结果 :2 0例患者CEAmRNA阳性率为 5 5 % ,而健康对照均为阴性。外周血CEAmRNA的存在与CEA分泌性肿瘤远处转移密切相关 ,而与CEA水平无明显关系。结论 :RT PCR是肿瘤微循环检测的灵敏方法 。Objective:To establish a method for detecting tumor micrometastasis in peripheral bloodMethods:Reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(RTPCR)was used to detect CEA mRNA in peripheral blood from 20 patients with CEAsecretingneoplasms and 8 normal healthy volunteersTheserum CEA level was also determined by radioimmunoassayResults:The CEAmRNA positive rate was 55%the in patients while was not detected in samplesfrom normal healthy volunteersThe presence of CEA mRNA in blood was correlatedwith the presence of distant metastasis of CEAsecretingneoplasms but notto the level of serum CEAConclusion:RTPCR is a sensitive method for detecting CEA mRNA in peripheral blood which might predict early metastasis of tumor cells
