摘  要:目的研究过量碘对中枢神经系统的影响。方法本实验分为三组,适碘组、过碘Ⅰ组,过碘Ⅱ组,分别以含碘量为50μg/L、5000μg/L、10μg/L蒸馏水及普通饲料喂养豚鼠6个月,分别测定大脑皮质及海马组织一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氧含量。结果过碘组大脑皮质及海马组织一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氮含量较适碘组明显降低(P<0.01),但两过碘组间一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氮含量比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论过量碘可以引起大脑皮质、海马组织一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氮含量的降低进而对中枢神经系统造成损伤,影响学习记忆与智力。Objective To Study the effect of excess iodine on central nervous system. Method Gumea pigs were divided into three groups at random.The animals of suitable group thank suitable water(50μg/L),the ones of group of ex- cess iodme Ⅰ drank excess iodine water(5000μg/L),and the ones of group of excess iodine Ⅱ drank excess iodine water (10 000μg/L), the experiment was carried out for 180days. The level of NOS and NO in cortex, hippocampus was detected respectively Result Compared with that in suitable group, the level of NOS and NO m cortex, hippocampus was decreased in excess iodine group(P < 0.01),hot there are no differences in two excess iodine groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion ex- cess iodine may lead to the level of NOS and NO in cortex, hippocampus decreased, which may affect nervous nervous system and eventually affect leaning, leaning and intelligence.
