摘 要:目的比较IOLMaster与ALLEGRO Oculyzer测量前房深度的差异,并对两者的一致性进行评价。方法前瞻性研究。对第三军医大学大坪医院眼科拟行白内障手术的患者53例(87眼),分别用IOL Master和ALLEGRO Oculyzer进行前房深度测量。采用配对t检验比较两者结果的差异.采用Pearson相关分析与Bland—Ahman分析评价两者的一致性。结果IOLMaster与ALLEGRO Oculyzer测量的前房深度值分别为(3.17±0.44)mm和(3.21±0.46)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.26,P〈0.05)。两种方法所得测量值有高度相关性(r=0.96,P〈0.01);Bland—Ahman分析95%一致性界限为-0.20~0.28mm,两者有较好的一致性。结论IOL Master与ALLEGRO Oculyzer测量的前房深度值可以在人工晶状体的计算中交互使用。Objective To compare the difference and assess the consistency between IOL Master and ALLEGRO Oculyzer for measuring anterior chamber depth (ACD). Methods It was a prospective study. Fifty-three patients (87 eyes) were recruited and ACD was measured by IOL Master and ALLEGRO Oeulyzer. The statistical significance of the difference between the measurements was evaluated by a paired t test and consistency was assessed by Pearson's correlation and Bland-Ahman analysis. Results The mean ACD was 3.17±0.44 mm and 3.21±0.46 mm with IOL Master and ALLEGRO Oeulyzer, respectively. The difference between the two measurements was statistically significant (t=3.26, P〈0.01) and a high correlation was found between the two measurements (r=0.96, P〈0.01). Bland-Altmann analysis showed that the two measurements had comparable results for ACD with 95% limits of consistency, -0.20 to 0.28 ram. Conclusion IOL Master and ALLEGRO Oeulyzer can be used interchangeably for ACD measurement to calculate intraocular lens power.
